Princess Cake
My Granddaughter, Cloé has just celebrated her 1st Birthday and this is the cake that I did for her party.
The sponge was flavoured with strawberries with five layers, with a filling and topping of white chocolate granache, which was then covered in white fondant icing and decorated.
The flowers and crown were done with coloured gum paste.
The crown wasn't the easiest thing to do, but I was pleased with the result and everyone enjoyed it.
