UNICORN CAKE
I did this cake last month for a friend's little girl's 1st Birthday. I was asked to do a unicorn cake, plus unicorn cupcakes and cake pops.
The sponge was six layers of different colours filled with white chocolate ganache and covered in white chocolate buttercream and then decorated. The ears, horn and eyes were all made with fondant icing and coloured.
