CAKES

These were some cakes that I've done this year and have forgotten to post.

CHRISTMAS CAKE

I made this cake for the family for Christmas 2020.  It is a gingerbread cake with white chocolate ganache, topped with gingerbread men and houses.

CARROT CAKE

I made this carrot cake for my son's Birthday back in January.
