KEPI DE GENDARME - POLICEMAN'S HELMET
This afternoon, I have delivered my latest Birthday cake which I
was asked to do for a retired Gendarme. The layered sponge is chocolate with a chocolate buttercream icing and covered in fondant icing which I then - for the first time - used my airbrush to colour the side black and the top navy blue. White fondant icing was used for the rims of the hat.
