As per usual, I've been making chutneys, pickles and as much I can with the 'glut' of tomatoes this year.

Sweet Chilli Sauce
Green tomato chutney
I've even tried cooking them in the slow cooker - which worked really well
Just adding a bit of balsamic vinegar and seasoning.
And then putting them through the mouli and making a good passata, which I've then frozen
