In the poly-tunnel this summer 2011

This year, once again, we have had a tremendous crop of tomatoes, chillies, peppers and basil.  So as you can imagine, I've been trying my best to cope with the 'glut'.  Already, I have been making chutneys and pickles and also filling the freezer with various soups and tomato sauces.
