Tonight, we had a really nice dinner. I bought some lovely salmon the other day and put it in the freezer, also had some lovely fresh asparagus, so here's what we had tonight:-
Starter was:-
This was a pear, roquefort and rocket salad with a poppy seed vinaigrette.
Main course:-
Thai salmon with rice, sweet chilli dipping sauce and asparagus.
All washed down with a nice bottle of Chateau De Trousse, Premieres Cotes de Blaye!
